In exceptional situations such as government travel advisories, border closures, public health emergencies, armed conflicts, or other unforeseen events that directly prevent travel, India Tours will evaluate each booking individually and may offer travel date changes, travel credits, or applicable refunds based on supplier policies and services already secured on behalf of the traveler.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from India Tours.

India Tours accepts no responsibility for payments made to unauthorized bank accounts, third-party wallets, or individuals claiming to represent the company without written authorization.
Failure to adhere to payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of services already reserved.
Upon receipt of the required deposit, a booking confirmation will normally be issued within one business day.
Final hotel vouchers, transportation details, flight information, and travel documents will be released after the required payments have been completed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or official messaging channels.
The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the written request is received by India Tours.

Tour prices confirmed in writing are generally protected against subsequent increases except where government taxes, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, or supplier-imposed charges are revised after confirmation.
Gratuities are not included unless specifically mentioned in the tour inclusions.
Hotels featured in itineraries are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Where a listed property is unavailable, India Tours reserves the right to substitute an alternative hotel of comparable category, location, and standard.
India Tours shall not be held responsible for delays, route changes, cancellations, additional expenses, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip interruption, baggage loss, personal accident, and cancellation is strongly recommended for all international visitors travelling to India.
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for entry into India and other destinations included in their itinerary.
India Tours cannot be held liable for denied boarding, refused entry, or travel disruptions arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
